Raith Rovers Football Club announced on 19 August 2026 that Hayley Scott has been appointed as the club’s new General Manager. Scott, who has been working with the club on an interim basis for the past few weeks, will now lead off-the-field operations, strengthening processes and enhancing supporter experience.

Hayley Scott comes to Raith Rovers with a football background that spans playing, coaching and senior operational roles. She has extensive experience in finance and business strategy, applying the principles of elite sport to drive growth, performance and sustainable success. Scott said, “The team, staff and volunteers have been extremely welcoming, and it is already clear to me just how deeply rooted the club is within the local community.”
She outlined several priorities for her tenure. “We are working hard to move the club forward by introducing new processes, strengthening how we operate and enhancing the overall supporter experience.” Scott will also continue to work closely with the Raith Rovers Community Foundation to deliver projects such as the Randolph Project and explore further initiatives that positively serve the club, the Foundation and the wider community.
