Raith Rovers have launched a major update to their official Fanbase app, designed to make buying and using match tickets quicker and more reliable. The club announced the changes on Tuesday, September 8, in a statement on its official website.
The update introduces faster ticket purchasing, with support for Apple Pay and Google Pay to simplify the checkout process. A key new feature is automatic offline ticket storage, which saves a digital ticket to a user's device. This means fans can scan their ticket at the stadium gate even if they have no mobile signal, eliminating a common point of frustration on matchdays. The updated app is available to download now from the App Store and Google Play.
Supporters will no longer need to worry about poor connectivity around Stark's Park causing delays when trying to access their digital tickets. The offline storage function works automatically once a ticket is purchased through the app. Raith Rovers said the move is intended to improve the overall matchday experience for their fans, making entry smoother and reducing queues.
The off-field improvements come as the team enjoys a strong start to the league campaign. According to our standings, Raith Rovers currently sit third in the Scottish Championship with 10 points from five games, having won three, drawn one and lost one. Their next challenge is a home fixture against fourth-placed Arbroath on January 2, 2027, a match for which the new app features will be fully operational. Fans can view the full fixtures schedule on the club site.
The club's focus on fan experience aligns with a positive period on the pitch, where the team has scored seven goals and conceded just three. The updated Fanbase app is now live for all supporters to download and use.
