Raith Rovers can confirm that winger Richard Chin has today signed for Ross County for an undisclosed fee. The 23-year-old joined the club last summer and made 32 appearances, scoring three goals. During his time at Stark’s Park, Richard also received his first call-up to the Malaysian national team, making his debut against Palestine in September 2025. Richard was also part of the side that secured victory over Inverness Caledonian Thistle in the KDM Evolution Trophy final.
